	Shout	See stars! Ask your customers to click on your listing and comment on your service to bring you to the top and get a star rating. Our free marketing material might help you.

	We maintain a list of marine organisations from around the world with an interest in the sailing and leisure marine industry. The basic listing and some updates to it are FREE. Some further enhancements can be made to the listing for a modest charge.

	IMPORTANT. Once a listing has been made, anyone can make a comment on the service they have received from that organisation. Comments can only be brief and must not contain any 'details' about any grievance or complaint. Visitors are offered the chance to grade the service using our score system so that an overall rating develops based on a cross section of views. All comments are carefully monitored for abuse of the system. Where abuse is suspected the comment is deleted automatically without reference to either party.
	Your Listing. You have complete control of your listing. The more it's viewed, the closer its come to the top in our searches. Otherwise, its in alphabetical order. New and updated listings appear on the front page and get picked up by search engines like Google much quicker. Update often! Your email address is kept confidential. We make every effort to avoid spam so our confidential email system does not reveal your email address unless you want to. Comments and scores given by visitors to the site remain confidential but we keep an audit trail for quality control purposes. Any comments that we suspect are false will be deleted without reference to the organisation. Encourage all your clients to leave a comment. It shows good, honest PR and will be good for business. Automatic listing in the Have Your Say Directory until it is fazed out in 2011.


	Keeping it simple. We want to list as many organisations quickly, simply and accurately so that we reach a bigger audience. So: This site is open to any company/boat/individual in the leisure marine industry anywhere in the world. Customers DO NOT need to register in order to browse or use the services of the organisation listed. Anyone can contact the organisation free of charge. Having a listing with a website address on display boosts search engine status. Suggesting an organisation for inclusion on this site is free and easy to do. You must not infringe any copyright or offer RYA (or any other organisation) courses if you are not qualified to do so. Keep it legal. We (Softdrive Services) do not accept any responsibility for your listing, the customers that may come from it or any comments made by visitors to this site. Listings deemed to be unsuitable will be removed. Pornography is NOT allowed.
	Listing removal Applications can be made for removing a listing from the site by email, only from the registered email address. All applications must clearly state the reasons for the request. Once received at our office there will be a clearing time of 30 days before the action is completed. As listings on this site can be extremely beneficial to marine companies, the number of requests for removal will be rare but it's anticipated that requests will usually only be received from companies who have received complaints about poor service. This, of itself, is not usually a good reason for removal as anyone can add a company and then make a comment. It is not uncommon for companies such as these to be added again by someone else.
